WHAT ALL EMPLOYER'S MUST KNOW."  Every Three (3) Years, It is the employer’s responsibility to re-certify that their forklift operators have completed OSHA safety training. It is a felony with serious and expensive  consequences for non compliance.  Avoid these legal non compliance penalties.
